6. Photographic material on board

During navigation, the on-board staff, if they consider it interesting or by direct request of the customers, will be able to take photos and videos of the participants in order to offer a service to the customer. At the end of the activity, the photographic material will be delivered to customers in electronic format in the manner that the customer deems most appropriate.

We request your kind consent to publish such photos and videos on our website / social channels for dissemination and promotional purposes.

 

7. Rights of the interested party

 

At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
